จากภาพความสำเร็จของโครงการฟื้นฟูศีลธรรมโลก V-Star ที่ผ่านมา ทำให้เป็นพลังผลักดันให้ก่อเกิดเป็น R-V-Star ของเยาวชนผู้นำนักศึกษาอาชีวะ เพื่อการฟื้นฟูศีลธรรมโลก ตามโครงการคุณธรรมนำวิชาชีพครับ ซึ่งในปีแรกจะเป็นการนำร่องก่อน โดยจะมีการทำวิจัย แล้วเราก็จะขยายผลไปสู่ 404สถาบัน ซึ่งเรามีนักศึกษาอาชีวะทั่วประเทศ ประมาณ 600,000คน
